  • Products

  • Sourced from St. Croix, Barbados & Dominican Republic.
  • RMBC has an ever changing list of distilleries we work with nationwide. At any given point we usually have 5-6 different distilleries that we carry barrels from. Please contact us for this week’s available barrels!
  • Napa Valley. Cabernet Sauvignon or blends. We carry casks from some of the most famous wineries in the world. Ask today about what we have in stock!
  • Chardonnay or Sauvignon blanc. Buttery, toasted oak and light toffee for chardonnay. Razor sharp pineapple and gooseberry for sauvignon blanc.
  • Not your college day’s tequila. This is sipping Anejo tequila barrels. Mellow lemon citrus notes, spice layers and ripe stone fruit. Just imagine.. feet in the sand, sun on the face, glass in the hand.
  • Vanilla & Caramel with a healthy dose of apple, pear, and floral notes.
  • During the 1600’s, wine often spoiled at sea. Passing by the island of “Madeira” off Portugal, sailors would notice the wine would “cook” from heat, then rapidly cool with the sea. The wineries now do this intentionally with huge ovens. Caramel, walnut oil, peach, hazelnut, orange peel and burnt sugar.
  • You can smell the PEATY from these casks 20 feet away.
  • Powerful fruits, banana, floral, spices, honey, wood, peat.
  • One of the most expensive wines in the world. Incredibly limited. Sweet, soaked tropical fruit is a great way to describe it. Aromatics of flowers, honey, tropical fruits, vanilla, stone, apricot, white peaches, grilled nuts and oranges.
  • Aged much longer than ruby. Darker, musty characteristics. Toffee, sweet cherry, cinnamon, caramel sauce and vanilla.
  • One of the most expensive wines in the world. Incredibly limited. Sweet, soaked tropical fruit is a great way to describe it. Aromatics of flowers, honey, tropical fruits, vanilla, stone, apricot, white peaches, grilled nuts and oranges.
  • Another example where most barrels are 30-40 years old. The cognac has soaked so far into the staves, they ooze cognac. RMBC only sources AOC and XO designated casks. This is the best area and highest aging designation. Subtle aromas of peach and apricot, hints of oak and vanilla
  • Fresh cut melon, pineapple, flowers and honey
  • Literally apple brandy from Normandy France. Incredibly hard to find. Powerful, fine and fresh apple nose. Green apple and citrus predominate. Some of the best houses (distilleries’) only make 10 barrels per year. Hand crated all the way.
  • Made famous by Scotland when they use these to age very fine scotch. Extremely oxidized flavors. Very dark, dirty and complex flavors. A mixture of old world basement, terroir, must combined with stewed fruit, blackberry, chocolate, rich nuts and dried raisins. Very popular with our distillery clients.
  • Like the most delicious pancake syrup you’ve ever had! Air dried grapes make up this so each grape only give one or two drops of liquid. Put it on some waffles. Seriously. Do it. You’ll say thank you
  • Crisp, dry, yeasty, nutty and tangy.
  • We carry a variety of used tanks from over 5 countries around the world. Ranging from 10 HL – 220 HL. We can help find the right tank for you! Please contact us for an up to date list of available tanks.
  • 7” double bar, 2 barrel racks. Brand new. Sand blasted and powder coated.
