Balcones Rye Barrels

Elbon Rye, also found in Texas, is a major ingredient of this beautifully deep amber colored liquor. Blended with crystal, chocolate, and roasted ryes, these barrels radiate charred oak character with spiciness of black tea and pepper but fades into a sweeter side with chocolate covered fruits, to a creamy peanut butter and chocolatey finish.
