Used to age copper pot distilled bourbon from Texas; these barrels are a newly offered option at RMBC. Very rich in taste, nose, and finish; these barrels feature an elusive flavor profile with notes of wildflower honey, kettle corn, and candied pecans. Though sweet, the profile also includes darker notes of aged leather and earthy sandalwood with a spicy, lingering finish.
