Old Forester Whiskey Barrel

These barrels come from the only distillery known to be family owned before, during, and after prohibition. Sharp to the nose and tongue, Old Forester barrels give off aromas of florals, mint, and tobacco. Unlike its aroma, tastes include oak pine, sweet corn and of course a little bit of spicy rye. All come together to finish with a lingering and warming feeling with just a touch of sweetness.
